Weekend Wrap Up
we had such a nice little family weekend.
we really enjoyed every single bit of it.
it was just what we needed!
friday night we headed to the fun fair at stella's school.
bounce houses, games, crafts, food; you name it.
the rain held off and we stayed til almost dark.
we got home and just chilled and waited for jon to get off work.
when he got home he told us the neighbors were having a bonfire.
so we headed over there for a bit.
saturday morning we all slept in - and it was glorious!
we got up, nana headed over, we went to CK for breakfast and then to a butterfly exhibit at swic.
after we caught some butterflies (and released them) we had one very important thing to do.
get pedicures!!
henry informed us that batman doesn't get pedicures so he went to hang out with nana and the three of us headed to american nails.
we were all WELL overdue and it felt SO good!!
once we got back of course we were in a hurry to get ready and head to jon's cousin's wedding.
this little dude was looking ever so handsome in his vest and tie.
and notice the little stinker in the back making funny faces. lol.
the wedding was gorgeous and the weather was awesome!
we enjoyed ourselves until way late in the evening.
sunday morning we were up and headed to church.
there was an open house at henry's school after church so we headed to check out his classroom and see what he has been up to.
once we got home we did stuff around the house, boys went and checked trail cams, girls did some kettlebell with jami and we meal prepped for the week.
it was just a nice little laid back sunday.
we need more of those!
