Currently....

blogging two days in a row.
ok, even though they are after lunch.
but seriously - give me a break.
i took advantage of working in the city and every restaurant having outdoor seating.
and did just that.
so back to the post.
currently....

wondering...
if it really is going to snow tomorrow.
how can it go from 80 two days in a row, to snow.
seriously.

enjoying....
just like i said above.
enjoying being able to walk down the street and eat outside.
AND then come home and do the same again.
jon bbq-ed last night and we enjoyed the entire evening outside.
literally until my kids were dirty and the sun was down.
happy everyone.

watching:
NOTHING - and i love it.
actually i hate it, hate that i continue to pay almost $100 for cable that we don't watch.
so i am thinking about canceling it and just getting netflix.
tell me your thoughts people.
$10 a month or $100 month.
seems like an easy decision.

loving:
yep, i caved.  all the bloggers are talking about it so i picked up some.
best.decision.i.have.made.
get it - now.

cooking:
salad, salad and more salad.
i have been adding sunflower seeds to my salad.
another good decision.

looking forward to:
taking a walk when we get home tonight.
just sounds amazing.

Back in the pre-divorce days, we gave up cable and I didn't miss it one bit. Any of the network shows I want to watch I could catch online! Doooo it!

We gave up cable about a year ago. It seemed like such a waste considering we don't watch TV that much. We have a Roku and pay, I believe $7.99 a month for Netflix. The only thing I still miss is HGTV. Other than that, if we can't watch it on Netflix, we hook the laptop up to the TV with an HDMI cable and BAM, you can watch whatever you want for free!

If it does snow tomorrow I heard it's suppose to be a rainy wet snow that won't stick. Then up in the 50-60s the next two days. Welcome to St. Louis :)

When we had NetFlix we very rarely watched anything other and if the weather stays nice you won't be watching much tv anyway. I vote cancel cable.

We haven't had cable for 2 years now. We have netflix and most shows are online if I really want to watch them. I do miss E, though. Most days though, I don't miss it. We figure we'll probably get it one day but it's not a priority right now so I'm hoping once we do get it we won't make it a priority.

I've been loving this weather too. Now with the chance of snow tomorrow, I'm about to cry. I'm so over winter. As for cable, I just got rid of mine and now have Roku. I watch Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Best way to save money in my opinion!!
