Weekend Wrap Up
well - it's here.....
BIRTHDAY WEEK!
less than a week and I will be 27.
whew - deep breaths.
on to the weekend.
friday night we enjoyed a nice evening outside.
bbq-ing, gator riding and a bonfire-ing.
happy everyone.
saturday everyone slept int until about 9. PTL!
and we literally did NOTHING all day.
well, we didn't really leave the house.
and we were totally ok with that!
we did a ton of playing inside, because it was a little chilly in the morning.
leaving S&H to play by themselves for a few minutes and you never know what you will come back to.
ayi - henry is wearing a bib and had his feet propped up. lord knows what is about to take place. lol.
that girl can make her brother do just about anything!
my dad came over early afternoon, he helped us bag about six bags of leaves and we picked a TON of pecans. ps - anyone know where i can take the pecans??
and then nana came over later too.
henry took a late nap and we chilled the rest of the evening.
sunday morning the time change really hurt us. and we were up and dressed at eating breakfast at ck by 8:00. ouch. my dad joined us and we decided at lunch we were going to go and get stella's ears pierced!
YAY! she has been asking for awhile and since we didn't really do anything all weekend, we said, what the heck, let's do it!
and she did AWESOME!! such a sport. no tears.
and she LOVES THEM!
we celebrated afterwards with lunch at applebees.
seriously - she is just getting to be too grown up.
be still my heart.
we stopped by the lukes on our way home and then headed home to nap.
jon and i headed to see his friend's brand new baby later that night.
oh em gee that brand new baby smell!! eeeeee!!
tonight i think we are going to carve pumpkins. ha - yep i said that right.
we haven't yet. one because i didn't think S&H would have the patience for it.
but stella is dead set on it. AND then we are totally roasting pumpkin seeds.
because really that's the best part.

Stella is getting big so fast! I can't believe how grown up she looks... and pierced ears with no tears?!? That's awesome!! GREAT job Stella. I know grown women that have shed a few, lol.
Sounds like an amazing weekend! Stella is too cute with her new earrings! She is so tiny but acts so grown up. I can't handle it! Too precious!
Roasting the pumpkin seeds is definitely the best part! SO good.
