Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday of course the second I got home I started up my DVR and was glued to the Royal Wedding.  Like all night long.  It was on every channel and I was loving it!!  Embarrassing enough to admit but I have had DVR for like what 5 months now or so and this is the first time I have watched some thing on there.  Whoops!  Stella was in quite the mood.  She was even dancing to the church music on tv.  Hilarious.  Our night was filled with all kind of "events" to say the least.  And topped off with McDonald's.  Happy wife, happy life.
Saturday I worked at CK and Stella hung out at home with Grandma Walter.  Once I got off we enjoyed a nice walk with Aunt Lacie.  Stella was loving being outside and being goofy as ever.  Later that night we headed to the Lukes for the big clothes swap.  She went through my girl clothes and I went through her boy clothes.  Surprisingly enough there was a lot we could switch.  I mean, a lot!
I don't have an ounce of energy to go through all of this right now.  However, I sure am quickly falling in love with little boy khakis and button downs.  Oh.em.gee.  Cutest stuff ever.  However, have you ever gone through six tubs of clothes with two kids under the age of two and two husbands who are glued to the TV and not an ounce of help?  Oh let me tell you, it's loads of fun.  I'm pretty sure if Kim and I could drink we would have put the kids to bed and closed down every bar in town after we were done.  It was interesting.  By time we got home everyone was worn out and crabby.  So straight to bed we went.
Sunday I was back at CK.  And for some reason I couldn't stop eating.  I don't even want to tell you what I all ate.  I think Henry weighs like a whole nother pound now.  But the best thing was these babies....
Fried pickles.  With a nice big side of ranch to smother them in.  Mmm, mmm, good.  I had to limited myself to three or I might have ate fourteen.  Whoops.  Once I got home I did a whole bunch of nothing and it was great.  Stella was supposed to have pictures at 4:00, but thanks for the good ole rain, they were cancelled.  Boo.  Dad and Pam came over later and she told me she is having a yard sale so then I got a wild hair up my ass to get rid of stuff and no one was going to stop me.  So mark your calendars for May 14th and head out to their house and buy my stuff.  It's cheap.  I just want it gone!  Ok, thanks.
Oh and this weekend I also made this stuff from Everyday Easys blog.  A.mazing.  Easy and so so good.
So here we are in May.  MAY!  Wow-wee.  That means three months until I am officially a mother of two!!

Mmmm...fried pickles. LOVE them. I think I'm going to need to have a yard sale too. I have WAY too much unnecessary crap in my house taking up space.
