Ladies and Gentlemen.........

we have a crawler!!!

Friday I picked Stella up from daycare and on her daily paper I found this:

It was kind of bittersweet.  She had been working so hard at it all week and I knew it was going to happen soon, just sad that I missed it.  But don't you worry she did it for Mommy when she got home. 

I am so proud of her!!

(P.S. Don't mind the blood in her ear comment, Stella's scratched her ear that morning and drew blood, promise).

So she is not full fledged all over the place and up and down the halls yet, but she gets from point A to point B.  And gets from her toys to Abbie's toys.  Ugh, I about threw up when she went to put one of the dog's toys in her mouth.  Nasty nasty nasty.  Also, the coffee table has gone by by.  Missy started crawling under the table and then would stop half way through and hit her head.  So the table went downstairs and was replaced with two ottoman's that Stella loves to pull herself up on.

So needless to say, this weekend we didn't get to sit down much.

However we can't help up crack up at the way she crawls.  If you notice in the picture below, one leg is bent up, yes, she leaves one leg bent up and kind of drags the other one.  It looks like she has a dead leg and it's absolutely hilarious.  She will switch legs and drag the other one.  Haha, so she may crawl like a wierdo, but we still love her.

But we have a happy crawling baby and that's all that matters!!
