Meet This Momma - Me

Since soon I will FINALLY be able to post all of my 'Meet This Momma' posts, I thought I would go ahead and do it myself too.  Not like you don't know everything about me already.  Ha, kidding.  So here ya go!
Name: Cassie Ann (Steibel) Walter

Age: 24
Number of Kids: 1 and 15/16s of a kid.....lol.
Names (and meanings):  Stella Ann.  I just loved the name Stella and Ann because it's my middle name.  Henry George.  Henry is my Mom's maiden name and George is both of Josh's Grandpa's name and my Great Grandpa's name.
Age of kids: Stella almost 19 months and Henry almost 1 day.
Number of desired kids: Hhahahahaha, oh I used to live in lala land and think 4 or 5 would be so much "fun."  I just wanted such a big happy family.  And then someone smacked me into reality.  I would be PERFECTLY content with 2.  Perfectly!!
Natural (epidural?) or C-Section:  I thought I would and could be macho woman and go all natural, no drugs, nada.  Well, I made it to 9 cm and my crazy ass started screaming for the drugs.  And then I returned to a normal person.  Ahhhh, get the drugs ladies, they are amazing.
Breast, Formula, or both:  Stella was strictly formula fed Enfamil.  Going to try my best to pump with Henry, but have SOME formula bought just in case.
Cloth or Regular:  Regular.  I was a Pampers FREAK in the beginning but then I got turned to Target brand and LOVE LOVE LOVE them.
SAHM or Work (doing what?):  Working Mom.  I am the preconstruction assistant for a general contractor in St. Louis.  I could not ask to work for a better more laid back company.  I am so happy here!!
Something that people don’t know about you:  hmmmmm, I'm a huge picker.  I pick my nose like a crazy person and I pick my scabs like crazy.  Yes, until they bleed, then heal back up and pick them again.  Ha, yes, my legs are scar city!
Your biggest parenting secret:  I don't wipe my daughter after every diaper change.  I was told, especially with girls, that she doesn't need it every time.  Probably every third diaper (of course only if it's pee) do I use a wipe.  Otherwise I just change her and away we go.
Show us your pregnant self before giving birth:
Leaving my Mom's to go to the hospital.
A picture of your kid(s):
A picture of you and your hubby/baby daddy:
The best piece of parenting advice you have ever been given:  Don't yell at your kids.  Get down to their level and whisper in their ear, it's MUCH scarier.  Bahaha.  Kidding.  But how true is that?  I would say a change of scenery ALWAYS helps.  Have a fussy baby?  Walk outside with him/her.  Guarantee you the change of noisy/scenery/overall environment will help.

Omg, it's so scary when you see a mom whisper in a kids ear! You're always wondering what they told them. I have never tried targets diapers but I will have to check them out.

haha I totally do that with my students...when I need them to get their act together they get an eye to eye quiet, firm whisper voice...always does the trick.

We take Logan outside if he is fussy and it works every time.
