Debt; the Good, the Bad, the Ugly.....

This is all I can think about today.....
my bff DR (Dave Ramsey)
Doesn't he make cutting up those cc's look so easy and fun?!
The day I met him I had a come to Jesus and wanted to cut up every.single credit card I owned.
But it's WAY easier said than done.  TRUST me.
I was on track for quite awhile.  Kicking debts booty left and right.
And then I fell off the wagon.  F!
So today I sat down and REALLY looked at things.  You know since the reality of two kids is SUPER close.
And then I got super depressed and just wanted to go to the bar.  But I can't.
And well, then that would just add more debt.
FML.
Ugh, WHY do I do this.  It's DUMB purchases.  Just dumb!!
Cash in king people, cash is king.
Ok, that's all I have to say for now.
I am getting back on that wagon gosh dang it!!

I was just getting ready to post a blog about this very thing. I feel like I need to update everyone on where we are with debt to keep everyone trying to do things the right way encouraged. It's hard for everyone!

So in our house we use cc's to keep us debt free. I know, sounds crazy! This is totally the only way Josh does things. So here is how it works: You put everything on your cc's. We have a seperate one for gas also. When that bill comes in and you see that you spent $50 at McDonalds that month, you will seriously want to vomit. Therefore it makes you more aware and think twice before getting that XL soda every morning. I do know this isn't for everybody. But it works for us and untill this past year when Josh got a new truck and we bought some property as an investment, we were completely debt free.
