Weekend Wrap Up

whew - holy weekend.  let's get to it.....
friday night we got spaghetti from stella's soon to be preschool and it was delicious.
after we were done eating henry and i were told to sit down for some pampering.
stella's beauty shop was open for business.  poor henry's head is soaked.  lol.
the rest of the night we hung out and did our thing.
saturday morning we were up and ready for some coffee.
well at least henry was.  lol.  we picked up nana and headed to ck.  and henry was loving him some coffee.
which meant henry was wired for the rest of the day.  lol.  kidding.  he's always wired, it just added to it.
after CK we headed to rural king.  henry has been talking up a storm lately but one word he says over and over and over is tractor.  i think we have wyatt to thank for this.  lol.  he has some tractors, but clearly he needed more.  i think he even dreams about tractors.  sister even picked out these matching shirts for her and her brother.  lawd we need to work on sister's fashion sense.....
but i have to admit they both look pretty cute in their matching shirts.
later that evening we headed to the odom's for a BBQ.  everyone was having a great time!  we headed inside because it was getting cold.  stella was off playing with the kids and henry was just laying on mommy not feeling the best.  next thing we knew - barf.  everywhere!
it's not a party until someone pukes and henry made it a party.  poor baby :(
after we cleaned up, we headed home and went straight to bed.
sunday morning everyone was back to themselves again so we headed out for a morning walk and to the park!  the perfect way to start your day i do have to say.
sister thought she was pretty big and strong hanging on that bar.  she kept saying, henry when you're big and strong you can do this too.  melt my heart stella.
later nana called us and asked us to go to Eckart's with her for a little spring fun day for the kids.
and since no one wanted to nap on sunday we said - sure!
we seriously had SO much fun!  the kids got to paint some rocks, look at the tractors and pony's, plant some flowers and listen to some music.  thanks for inviting us nana!
BUT of course that didn't make them tired and again no one napped.
so then we headed out to another BBQ with the hellers.  S&H were just getting silly and mommy was at the end of her rope.  we didn't stay long and PTL everyone fell asleep on the way home!
the house was picked up and everyone was ready to call it a night by 8:30!  whew.

we have a busy week planned!  first off a very happy dirty 30 to jessi!!  we love you, have a great day!
and one FOUR more days until we get to see Lacie and Phil!!
happy Earth Day!  have a great week!

Sounds like a great weekend! But, then again, BBQ makes everything great! I'm a Kansas girl at heart so BBQ is my weakness. :) Hopped over from the link up and can't wait to look around your blog a bit more. New follower and I hope you'll stop by and follow back!

Perfect, perfect weekend! I absolutely love Stella's smile in all of her pics. She is just a cutie. And speaking of love... Henry's big boy hat is adorbs.

We are currently in the process of buying a subcompact tractor for our house and John Deere is at the top of our list. We visited the local dealer and got some specs. When we get it, Henry will have to come over for some rides ;-) I think I'm probably as excited as all the boys at the house. I've always wanted a Deere!!!

Have a GREAT week and happy earth day, XO

Landon asked like 824957 times why Henry puked on his blanket, and he kept asking if he was OK. lol

Eckarts looks like so much fun! Glad you had a awesome weekend!
